Reporting Adverse Drug Reaction
An adverse drug reaction (ADR) is an appreciably harmful or unpleasant reaction that can potentially be associated with taking a medication. It can be disadvantageous or beneficial for the patient. ADRs may occur following a single dose or prolonged administration of a drug or may result from the combination of two or more drugs.
If you have experienced or suspect an adverse drug reaction (ADR) or a side effect from any of our products, we strongly encourage you to report it. Your report provides essential information that helps us, as well as regulatory bodies, monitor the safety profile of our medicines.
To report an adverse reaction, please fill out our official Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting Form. It's designed to capture the necessary details, such as information about the patient, the drug, the reaction experienced, and the reporter's contact details.
